Silkscreen printing
This process is best used to create vibrant designs. This is one of the oldest method of printing various substrates such as fabrics, paper, ceramics, metals, etc.
Regular printing – Plastisol Inks
We use plastisol inks for our screen printing jobs to satisfy the superior quality needed by our customers. To ensure the safety of the public we only use pthalate free plastisol inks. We make sure that the quality of our prints will be the leader in the industry.
Metallic Inks
For artworks that requires sparkling effect such as gold, silver, etc. we use inks with metallic flakes to simulate real metals. The metallic flakes is made of polyester so it will not tarnish or rust over time.
Glow-in-the-Dark Inks
As the name implies this type of ink is normally used during night events to add highlights. Glow-in-the-Dark inks absorb light and transmit it back.
Neon Inks
This ink lacks the luminosity of glow-in-the-dark inks but are exceptionally vibrant.
Discharge Printing
To create a no-hand feel print this ink is highly recommended. In this method the dye is removed from the fabric to create the design. This is only applicable to 100% fabrics.
Tagless Label Printing
To deviate from the traditional way of labeling using woven tags Tagless Label Print is employed. There will no longer be itchy feel that woven tags normally bring.
Folding/Bagging
Folded and bagged printed garments can be stored neatly and organized.
Full Color Transfer Printing
If the artwork needs to be photo realistic then this method is recommended. Though the output of this method is not as durable as silk screen print, this is applicable of seminars, trainings and the likes.
Embroidery
When textile ink is not an option artwork can still be placed in the fabric by embroidery. Embroidery is the method in which colored threads are sewn systematically to correspond to the image desired.
Sublimation Printing
Another method of creating a photorealistic image is by Sublimation printing. Solid ink is subjected to high heat so it will change to gas and absorbed by the fabric. This is only applicable to 100% polyester fabrics.
